According to a WikiLeaks cable this statement was made by Basil Rajapaksa, brother of and Advisor to the President, to then US Ambassador in Colombo Robert. O. Blake. Jnr. The cable is classified as “CONFIDENTIAL” and recounts details of a meeting Blake had with Basil Rajapaksa on October 04, 2006. Not only the Srilankan government with Tamil blood on their hands but also Mk Narayanan, Shivshankara Menon, Indra Congress have the blood on their hands.

They supplied Arms to kill Tamil civilians, Singhalese are bloodthirsty people, they'll never change their ways and enter a civilized world however hard we tried.

As mentioend before , with out blood no peace . we wiped out only terrorist no of others could do so though they have booled not only in hand all over the body . the most of critcs sl govt commnt has somany blood in their hand killing innocent citizends who did not have even a stick at the time they killed people like dogs and cats . non of them have right to talk about blood in hand . they should look at their own hands .We can since we are clean in hand and mind both
