One of my friends lamented the other day that SriLanka is being touted by the pedophiles from Europe as the 'sex paradise' of the Asia. Even more disturbing is that high profile government folks are heavily in to the sex trade racket and the 'pimps' enjoy full impunity thanks to some of the people in the government. With all these types of abuse common in our midst in the south, no wonder the bad sections of the SLA were involved in raping refugees. Afterall, 'we have to live up to our abuses in the south'!!. This is despicable and shameful for a race like ours that practices Buddhism.
